The usual rap-sploitation values apply: Men dig fast cars, plenty of women and money, while women yearn hopelessly for a dependable man. He gives you a lot of both in this uneven, pedestrian comedy, whose time-eating storyline suggests a front-end collision between "House Party 2" and "Basic Instinct."
